"Boss apne ko business karna hai" this is what i hear frm last 2 day. Well guys guys bolneko apun bolta hai ke job kar raha hai but m actlly earning for myself. ohhkk dnt be confused this week i got a interview call from a company called 'Influx', where i went wid an fucking attitude like lena hai toh le varna gaya bhaad mai,i reached der on time filled up a form n also attnded sme quesionair regarding business. Then came my HR round for d first tme i have seen 3 candidates at a time in a HR round, where it was an interview cum meeting round. the HR manager explaned us what the job prfl is, n i was stund for few secs after lisening to her, it was like join as a trainee manager n after 6 to 7 mnths u land up wid a position of business head where u actually owns ur own company, srry d the salary which is not fixed is not disclosed for my security reasons......well ofcourse u might be knwng hw much an CEO of a company earns.
Its fun working here the atmosphere is RocKing over here, where u will lisen sme english songs played in d morning, everyone is in d mood of dancing. On 5th my business head is going to phuket for a business trip and we have made a wishlist in frnt of him, guys isn't dat gr8 guys? we are actlly a frnd of our boss the company owner, n he always says ke u r nt the employees of dis company we are business partners. hey n i forgot to tell u all u get managemnt leasons evryday, in d 3rd mnth u will be an HR manager & developer as well. we are working for good cause, dats collecting a charity for old age homes.
The job is all abt ur 99% attitude, ur skills, ur 100% efforts and many more.
well its just 2 days of my offce n i haved gained lots of confidence and managemnt knwldge. As i said u have to work for the cause n also urself coz ur efforts are going to pay u n not the company. der are still mch more to say but for nw m very mch tied. so u all have a gud life ahead as m trying for mine.

My worst Journey with some Jains who don't know what is Jainism
It was mid of November i and my friend chetan(name changed for security reason..
..lol just kidding) were returning from Jaipur after attending a grand royal Rajput marriage (my sweetest friend sonu's marriage).We both were accompanied by sonu's uncle's family (uncle aunty and there four kids)and a photographer who was ticket less....lols. Everyone’s ticket was on waiting so after reaching jaipur station we started looking for our names and ticket no in the final list of reservation. lucky part was, that uncles four tickets were confirmed but unfortunately I found our both names in the waiting list, but still the hopes were alive as our waiting was just 6 & 7.But the four tickets which were confirmed were in the additional bogie which was about to join, the bogie was added, and it was next to the II class passenger car and so people of II class were confused and they too entered the same bogie
occupying all the seat which were free. I was looking for TTE so that we get our tickets confirm but there were no signs of TT coming to our compartment. uncle suggested us to have rest now as it was 2.30 pm because there will be huge crowd which will occupy all this place at Ramgadh station which was near the border of Gujarat. This people who were JAINS visit the very famous jain temple in ramgadh every Friday and then return back to there places on Sunday. At about 8.30 pm that station arrived and lots of people shouting and yelling entered into the compartment like herds of sheep pushing everyone, shouting like anything on everyone, they didn't even had courtesy to asked other whether they had reservation or not, they were around 80 people and everyone was talking with their hands and high velocity voice pretending that the other person is deaf and dumb. Me and the photographer started helping this people with the luggage which was thrice the no of the people, after some secs those people started yelling at us saying leave our place and let us adjust, their were no signs of humanity in them while this was happening the train started moving and one old lady with them was still on platform, everyone started shouting that one passenger is left on platform, i immediately pushed everyone
and pulled the chain now that was humanity in me even after my toll of anger was reached to the top because one among them have thrown all his luggage on sonu's cousin who was just 4 year old and was sleeping on there berth and then dragged him down. Chetan opposed me while i was pulling the chain saying why are you doing this people who were not fit to be called as humans.
after every thing was settled some of these people started serious fighting among themselves for there places. At that time i didn't find any difference between this people and those creatures who hunt their own children’s when they are hungry and don't find anything else to eat. I said chetan that i will try to reach the pantry car look for TTE and even have some thing to eat for dinner.
On next station were the train usually don't stop had a signal for few secs, I got down and rushed 6-7 cars back to get into pantry car, I met TT's but they refuse to give us any seat and said go to your bogie TTE will be coming to attend you on next station, which was a pure lie from them. But i saw some thing very ridiculous, the person who prepares food for entire passengers was untidy with his dirty cloths and scratching this private parts and touching the food material with the same hand.......uuuuuksssss.Then i came back to my bogie leaving all the hopes and finally decided to ajust three of us on one berth which was the upper most and smallest among all, i got frustrated by seeing this jain's kids who were just 3 4 years old were occupying one entire berth :x
I had a sleep of nearly 2hrs but chetan didn't slept at all for the entire night. We both were standing near doors from morning 4 O'clock till the time we reach our destination Borivali.While standing there i had a chat with one of the jain, he said that they are around more than 100 and others are coming by another trains, and this entire trip is being sponsored by a old lady
who was seating on the berth next to the door, i had a look at her and realized that she was the same women who was left back on the platform. I was stunt by knowing that and thought this people didn't even care for the women because of whom the entire trip was arranged and that too not a small amount it was a complete 11 lakhs rupees investment on that trip.
This was were the bitterness for the jains took place in my heart, and only because of this handful of jains other jains were being spoiled.
where Jainism teaches that living soul is potentially divine, there this jains have treated them with the language of hands, legs and bitterness.
There five basic ethical principles
-non violence
-Truth
-Non stealing
-Celibacy
-Non possession
was no where seen in any of them.
Again i don't say that Jains are unhearty but few jains spoiled every other like a spoiled apple.

pain kills,not hurts wen u r betrayed by somebody
No pain hurts as much as the pain which ur best friend caused u by breaking ur trust because He/She was ur BEST Friend..... Nothing much to say these two words describe everything ,depends how u feel and think it.
